(More customer reviews)This cordless shrub shear is a real time-saver. I find it light and easy to maneuver. Although I've pushed it to it's limits (with larger branches, tangled vines, etc.), it keeps on cutting without clogging. I like it so much that I have even thought of buying a spare unit in case they discontinue this one! Yes, you have to push a safety button to operate it. It's a little awkward at first, but now it's second nature. Get one - you'll love it!
