(More customer reviews)This arrived yesterday and I would send it back today if I hadn't thrown away the box. I used it last night to fry some scallops for company. I found that if the heat was enough to brown the scallops in the oil, then the fluid that seeped from the scallops burned and if I turned the heat down to avoid that, then the scallops wouldn't brown!! This morning I have burned on residual that won't come off despite lots of scrubing. Again, I'm learning that "you get what you paid for" i.e, $30 for a huge skillet results in junk!!
