(More customer reviews)The item arrived ahead of the scheduled time and made it on Christmas Eve which was great. Easy assembly. Had to glue the bird houses on the chairs because one had come off and the other was loose. The item had minor damage with the paint being chipped on the seat of one chair and the back rest on the other. My biggest complaint is that there appears to be little to no "finish" over what obviously is supposed to appear to be "hand painted" wood. In the picture this is impossible to see. All of the pink has a "brush stroke" look. It makes the table look like Elmer painted it. Love the overall design and seems sturdy enough. I am considering putting a satin water-based polyurethane on the furniture. I am afraid the first time a pencil or crayon gets too close to this it may never come off. Even though it is not a table for "projects", all kids have crayons and writing utensils. If it had even a decent finish the paint probably would not have chipped so easily during shipping. Somewhat satisfied but do not like the dull pasty appearance.
