(More customer reviews)First order was "lost." Since this arrangement was for a birthday, it was distressing that it did not arrive anywhere close to on-time. The flowers themselves were "thin" looking, according to the recipient (well, I asked her to be honest and she was). Previous orders from this seller were great -- don't know what's happened, but several friends have advised that they have experienced similar problems with delivery - and quality - in recent months, so I will order elsewhere in the future.
