(More customer reviews)Product took 7 days (not 3-5 days) to arrive and when it arrived it just came in a white cardboard box, just standard shipping material. I talked with their customer service and they told me it no longer comes with the velvet box that it is pictured with it. If I knew that beforehand then I probably wouldn't have bought it, as it does not look near as good without the velvet box to be displayed in.
