(More customer reviews)For those of you looking for British made Portmerion, this is not it. Interstingly, the set I bought at a local department store was made in Brittain. This set from Amazon was made in China. I did not honestly notice a difference but the set of bowls I bought to match had faded out colors (also made in China) so I had to send those back. On the positive side, the Made in China stickers are much easier to peel of the backs of the plates than the British ones. :) I get tons of complements on my set of course and it stands up well to my 2 young children and frequent washings.
