(More customer reviews)When we received the package, it was in a shambles. Then when we unpacked the pieces, many were damaged. The wood had scratches and digs. In addition, there were no directions, I finally found some on line so we could put the chest together. We had to buy our own hardware to fix and assemble the chest- many parts were missing. Then two of the drawers fell apart because the original pieces had flaws/defects. If the chest had been inexpensive or the price reduced, we wouldn't have minded. But it was relatively expensive for all of these issues and problems. I never should have accepted it upon delivery!
