(More customer reviews)We purchased several different Slatkin Candles from Bath and Body. They do not stay lit long. An email from Bath and Body Works says there may be a wax formulation problem.
Bath and Body said that "This issue is a top priority for our Home Office Quality Assurance team and they are working on a modified formula that eliminates this variability in vegetable ingredients." Apparently they believe this is the cause.
We have always liked this company but do not understand why they don't recall defective candles.
