(More customer reviews)The product description did not make explicit that there was a non-skid back to this rug nor that it is machine washable and dryer-safe. I took a chance that it was when purchasing the item and found, pleasantly, that it indeed was. These were my only doubts while purchasing, and otherwise the rug acts like a rug. Only time will tell to its longevity. Oh, and it is not nearly as ugly as I suspected it would be.
