(More customer reviews)We have had this toy for quite awhile and my one dog loves it! Decided to buy another, so that we would have a replacement, once the original stopped talking. Rec'd the first one - did not work - returned that one and got another one - that did not work, so be careful where you purchase - apparently not everyone at Amazon does a QC check before they ship & although amazon has a great return policy - it is still a pain in the neck and disappointing.
