(More customer reviews)Shipping is more than twice item cost! Ordering two, as I did, does not help since shipping charge is doubled, although both are packed in the same box.
Scissors cuts well, and notched blade is great for occasional larger stems.
Lock is badly designed. When in use, it repeatedly falls into fully locked or partially locked position. I ordered another brand as a replacement because of this annoyance
