(More customer reviews)I purchased this item to mark cheesecakes for slicing in my sister's restaurant. Cutting into 10 without a marker isn't as easy as it sounds. This is a very functional item and I would definitely recommend. One word of caution: do not run this item through a dishwasher or soak in very hot water. It causes the material to become brittle and the "legs" will break off easily. Rinse thoroughly after using and wipe it down and it will last for years.
