(More customer reviews)I have over 680 online transactions. Hirts Gardens is unquestionably the worst company I have ever dealt with. The plant they sent me was a flimsy, fragile, five inch rose that would never survive replanting. When I tried to arrange for a refund of shipping charges, they actually advised me to attempt to defraud the U.S. Postal Service by resealing the package, writing on it that the item was refused, in an effort to keep from paying return postage. When I told them that the Postal Service advised that it was not legal to do that, they said that they (Hirts Gardens) do it all the time. This is a shady, unethical, fly-by-night operation.Avoid doing business with them.
