(More customer reviews)I own several of the NordicWare cake pans and the Rose pan is one of my favorites. I make an almond cake using the recipe from the inside label of the "Solo" brand almond paste can, cool the cake and drizzle it with a white confection sugar icing with a little almond flavoring added. I then top the cake with slivered almonds and call it a Bearclaw Cake - named after the bearclaw sweet roll. The petal shaped channels on the surface of the cake hold the icing and slivered almonds nicely. It is beautiful and the cake tastes just like the pastry. The pan is also easy to clean.
