The larger cavities will hold about 1/4 of a teaspoon of product while the smaller ones hold about 1/8 of a teaspoon of product. For chocolate I use a pastry bag fitted with a number 2 tip to make filling them easier. The resulting candies are so pretty and the perfect size for decorating small treats.
