They are not flimsy like some of the other products out there but very, very sturdy and durable and look like they will last for many years. My 7 year old daughter loved this and said it was her favorite Christmas present. My only disappointment was the fact that I went to IKEA after Christmas and found this exact pot & pan set (minus the wooden spoon and scoop) for $9.99! I felt like I had been tricked and when I looked on the Palumba website, it is the SAME set of pots and pans that they added a wooden spoon and scoop to and are selling it for $[...]! What a rip off! So, if you are looking for just the pots and pans, you can check out IKEA for the DUKTIG 4-piece cookware set for $9.99!
