(More customer reviews)I am quite happy with it. While it is not as heavy duty as my half sheet pans, I wanted a 3/4 sheet in order to bake 2 loaves of artisan bread at once. This baby is the perfect for that. It is the maximum size to fit in my oven (with an inch or 2 open on all sides for heat circulation). And it also fits in the fridge (I often shape the loaves and put them in the fridge overnight before baking the next morning -- it deepens the flavor). Still fits in my skinny "tray cabinet" as well. Good value for the price.
