However, if you intend on using it to cook, you will find that it gives minimal coverage over your clothes. The chest coverage measures 11inches across all the way to your waist. If you have any type of bust, you will find that you remain pretty exposed to the 'cooking elements'. I was sad to have to return this item, because it really is cute.
