(More customer reviews)There is a reason that this set was on clearance. I paid $249.99 and I have been had.
While is fabric is beautiful, the workmanship on the comforter is sorely lacking. All over the comforter there are thick areas then very thin areas where the batting material between the top and bottom of comforter layers is bunched up and will not flatten out. The thick bunching is espcially obvious for about 12-14 inches above all of the edges of the comforter. Sort of like having mini pillows all over the piece with a long rolls on all of the edges. There is nothing I can do to correct the bunching up. Anyone that has ever worked on quilts knows that the batting has got to be uniform before stitching. Unfortunately I had thrown the box out to return this set before I discovered the flaws. I should have found another box and paid the $30.00 plus dollars shipping and sent all of it back.
The slams and bedskirt are fine.
