(More customer reviews)These gloves are heavy duty and fit snug on the hands. I got these gloves so I can comb my longhaired Persian who LOVES to bite and scratch while combing. She hasn't been able to get through these gloves. The gloves fit well enough so I can hold her, handle the comb and fend off attacks. If these gloves can deal with a cat intent on doing damage, I can only imagine that they will handle the rose garden rather nicely.
