When I contacted Belle Rose Mountain Apparel and Gifts about returning the item, The lady there assured me that it had been checked before shipment and that it must have been damaged in transit (snowstorm creating bad roads). However, she had no problem with me sending the item back and giving me full credit plus the $4.95 return shipping charge, and there was no high-pressured sales pitch. I would defintiely order from this company again if anything piques my interest.
