Recipe is simple 2 oz cream cheese at room temp. mixed with 2 cups of powdered sugar,1/4 tsp of peppermint flavor and any color food coloring. Mash cream cheese with flavor and color then add sugar until dough like,then roll in hand small - marble size, gently roll in reg. sugar and press into mold. Turn over into wax paper to dry. makes 50.
