IT HAS TWO RINGS THAT MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR SOMEONE THAT WEARS A 7 1/2 inch bracelet to wear with no problem. it is 1/2 in wide. only one concern, the toggle bar kept coming out of the circle and the bracelet fell off. i intend to solve this problem by attaching a smaller size base metal jump ring so that toggle bar stays in place. the metal is base metal. i am assuming that it is white brass. i also intend to super glue the flowers in place just to e sure.
